The Wrong Kind of Love: Looking for Love In All the Wrong Places, by Martha Perez, Kindle Edition
Martha’s description:
The Wrong Kind of Love; another romantic novel by Martha Perez. Perfect for reading at the beach or some ‘Me’ time.
Explore the Internet love of Dexter and Balani. There’s nothing like making love on the beach on a warm summer’s day–wind blowing, soft music playing, serenading your mind. The only thing that surpasses it is the intimacy of meeting someone on-line without seeing their face or hearing their voice and thinking about them all the time. The internet has taken on-line romance to a whole new level of intimacy.
But it’s not always a rosy affair; it has its fair share of risks. Dexter and Balani had to go through the wrong kind of love before finding each other … internet chat rooms are full of lonely, unhappy, lying, cheating, and deceiving people. Some people get lucky and find their soul mate, but it’s like playing a game of cards. This novel has it all: drama, intrigue, sex, romance–how two people found true love in the on-line world of ‘hello’ and ‘goodbyes.’ If you think it’s impossible to find your Prince Charming on-line then you should read this book.

Travis Borne’s review:
Again, author Martha Perez had me red-faced and blushing with this hot, steamy and gritty, heartfelt story. No sugarcoating here. Life happens, people making their way through the world think too much, make bad decisions and act hastily and brash. No one is exempt. But what if we would have just, could have changed… But then we wouldn’t be who we are today. Without our bad decisions, and the pain life hands us because of our choices, plus that crappy dose of bad, “stuff just happens sometimes” luck, would we still be the same in the end? Would we be deserving of true love when we found it, when we came back to it and realized its true worth? Would be be as appreciative, without our trials and tribulations?
The Wrong Kind of Love: Looking for Love In All the Wrong Places, had me blushing, sure. I’ll admit, I’m a sci-fi, outer-space adventure seeker, a geek mostly—looking foremost for ‘those’ types of books. But I’ve been looking to add variety, spice—some of that supercharging steam; I’ve even read a few westerns not too long ago. And you know, changing it up is great. Now, here’s my second novel from Martha Perez. I just finished reading it twenty minutes ago! Martha’s steamy scenes, with sensual smells, good dates and bad ones, raw grit and passion, and her way of… Well, let’s just say Martha knows how to crank up the heat.
BONFIRE! Then the fast-paced nature of Martha’s writing continues to do it’s thing. In this story, life is life, just like it is in real life. Messed up. The characters in this novel make assumptions and have to live with the repercussions of doing so, in such a hasty manner, for years. And bad things happen during this learning and trudging-through-all-life-has-to-offer period, while two people, soul mates, never stop thinking about one another.
Martha knows just how to make it real, with her words and her own, very unique style. For her fans, I’m sure they’ll find this to be her best work yet. For anyone who’s yet to experience Martha’s very unique style, brace yourself—she bleeds out her soul. Her prose is raw, apace, tell it like it is, and down to earth. And she’ll manufacture a steamy scene that’ll turn you red, toss in life as it really is, with a dream-come-true besprinkled here and there, then finalize with passions flowing and lifelong lessons to carry forever. So, keep reading, and near the end you might discover what you’ve always known, just why things don’t always go as planned. Because, “Sometimes, the wrong choice brings us…”
